Chia Seed Mousse

I found this recipe on the internet and then adapted it. Well, I just substituted a couple of incredients because I didn’t have them in my pantry.

I tastes a bit like chocolate mousse but without the calories.

4 tablespoons of chia seeds

1 tablespoon of cacao powder

3 teaspoons of rice syrup

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

3/4 cup of milk

Put all incredients in a glass and whisk. Leave in the fridge for a least 6 hours.
